Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

Jingle Pearls is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jingle Pearls is not liable for loss, theft, damage, mishandling, or delays that occur while the package is in the carrier's possession, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the package and its contents and contact the shipping carrier to determine whether you are eligible to file a claim.

Delayed Packages

Jingle Pearls is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs, natural disasters, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.
